Energy is a combat stat in Lords of the Fallen. It is represented by a yellow bar on the bottom left of the player's screen, and it depletes with each attack, block, roll, backstep and any sprinting you do.

- Weapons have a specific energy consumption field and runes can increase your energy regeneration when slotted.
- You may increase your total energy by adding points to your endurance or agility attributes.
