How to Acquire

Find all 30 Human Skulls.  Give them to the Crippled Rohgar.  Kill the 3 opponents he sends after you and Kill the Crippled Rohgar.

      Just a heads up, if you kill him on accident while fighting the ambush, after getting the 30 skulls to him, it bugs out and you don't get the trinket....
