Can hit ghost enemies (presumably due to its lightning damage), and the high value allows it to almost one shot the pesky ghost mages when using Shift spell in NG+

Why do they keep putting 0% scaling on everything? They gave things high requirement then also give it no scaling. Thanks for nothing, devs.
The game is a buggy mess, so maybe I was just unlucky, but I killed him with Between (greataxe from the DLC that deals physical, fire & lightning damage) and didn't get the weapon. Restarted the game and did the fight again, but this time dealing the killing blow with the regular version of Lightning and got the special version. So Between might not count as a lightning weapon for this challenge.
